3D Builders is a specialist in Modern Method of Construction focusing on PPVC (Prefabricated Precast Volumetric Construction). 3D builders team are regarded as one of the pioneers of utilizing Hybrid 3D modular construction in Saudi Arabia and have experience in delivering multiple PPVC projects.

Quality Objectives

  1. All Modulars shall be of consistent finish, shall conform to the relevant Standards, specifications, approved samples and all other realistic client expectations, and where possible shall exceed those expectations.
  2. Client’s programmes shall be met so that progress of the works on site is not delayed.
  3. All delivered Modulars shall be detailed and manufactured in a way which facilitates safe and efficient erection on site.
  4. Done right first time.
  5. All work performed shall be done efficiently, with minimum waste or rework. Innovation shall be encouraged to ensure budgets are met and to ensure the long term viability of the business.
  6. Clients and their representatives shall be dealt with in a professional manner. If we encounter unrealistic expectations we shall endeavour to manage those expectations throughout the project and conclude our dealings in an environment that encourages repeat work.
  7. Modular shall be delivered DEFECT FREE due to a thorough inspection regime which identifies and corrects defects internally prior to delivery to the Client

Health & Safety. ​

3D Builders recognizes that health and safety is at the core of its responsibilities. All production and erection activities, of construction products for building and civil structures, shall be performed to meet client requirements, contract specifications, other applicable codes, standards and jurisdictional regulations. Thus the management is committed to take the following measures :

  • Minimize and where practical prevent significant impacts and risk to health and safety of all involved in our production activities.
  • Proactively mitigate pollution, accident, near miss incident, injuries in carrying out daily activities
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of our production process thereby meeting and containing project costs agreed with Clients. 
  • Adopting better practices and technology ensure the quality.
  • Ensures that the process in compliance with standards such as ISO 9001and OSHAS 18001, effective, updated and improved upon.
  • Comply with applicable quality, health, safety and environmental, legal and other requirements that includes customer’s contractual requirements. 
  • The management shall ensure that effective actions are taken to ensure that this policy statements are endorsed by all employees and is adhered to and constantly improved upon.
