Design & Engineering

The Engineering & Design Section staffed by experienced engineers and draftsmen aided with the latest smart integrated design drafting software for high quality and efficiency. Our team of professionals support our clients from early stage of project concept design in order to propose the most economical solutions with optimal designs to meet specific customer requirements adhering to International Standards. Our Technical team works closely with Client to address all technical needs and General Arrangement & Manufacturing drawings to meet the project schedules on time

Manufacturing

3D Builders manufacturing facilities arrange on site and each project has dedicated on site factory . The Moudls designed for each project to optimize the daily production to deliver the project in minimum duration .

Erection

Erection is a key function in our operations which has well equipped and experienced staff to handle each project successfully. All sites are managed by experienced and dedicated site manager, ably assisted by foremen and supervisors.

Quality Control

Each job site has Well-equipped testing laboratory manned by experienced and qualified Quality Engineers for conducting regular tests of the quality of raw materials and concrete batches. In addition, regular compressive strength testing is conducted to make sure the casted concrete is manufactured as per the required strength and international standards.

Project Management

3D builders team of project management handles each project from tendering stage , design, mobilization, manufacturing , erection& hand-over to ensure the quality and delivery commitments are met. Project Management team uses advanced software to track the progress of each project
